  • Developed, owned and managed substantial residential portfolio for sale or rent 

  • M&A advisor in Corporate Finance team at ING-Barings and qualified Chartered Accountant

Hussein Sunderji​

  • Over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry across UK and Europe. 

  • Former Mercer/Oliver Wyman consultant who developed data driven solutions to build enduring capabilities across verticals including Logistics, Aviation, and Customer Service.  Proven track record of working with partners to build the processes, capabilities and mindsets necessary to sustain change. 

  • Co-founder and equity partner of Emirates Skyline Industrial Services; scaled a team to 200+, generating £10m in annual revenue before a successful exit. 

 

Puneet Kanuga

Chief Investment Officer

  • Over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry covering both investment and management across Europe and the US, having worked for HVS, Rosewood Hotel Group, Kildare Partners, and Queensgate Investments. 

  • Previously led the hospitality investment teams at Kildare Partners and Queensgate Investments. Hands-on experience with complex investment strategies and structures.
