Creating
EQ has a proven track record in developing, refurbishing and repositioning hotel assets across Europe, with over €150m of Capex successfully deployed. We focus on creating high impact and efficient spaces to drive NOI per square metre.

We have extensive experience dealing with the leading global hotel brands, but also understand and embrace the rapidly changing landscape of independent hotels.
