EQ underwrites all deals on a granular, line item basis utilising real-time data from both proprietary and external sources. The underwriting teams stay involved throughout the deal life cycle and continuously refine business plans to ensure the delivery of superior returns.

Managing

EQ’s hands-on operational approach focusses on IRR driven decision making at property level to ensure that we deliver on our investment promises across our 5,000 key portfolio.

A customer centric service culture allows us to deliver market leading RevPAR. This, coupled with rigorous cost controls results in optimised NOI levels and ultimately unlocks real estate value for our investment partners.

Creating

EQ has a proven track record in developing, refurbishing and repositioning hotel assets across Europe, with over €150m of Capex successfully deployed. We focus on creating high impact and efficient spaces to drive NOI per square metre.

We take pride in creating unique, design led environments by working with best-in-class interior designers and architects to drive financial performance and maximise the value of the real estate. We have extensive experience dealing with the leading global hotel brands, but also understand and embrace the rapidly changing landscape of independent hotels.
